Our Boutique Wax Bar is conveniently located just three blocks south of Penn Station on Charles Street. We are easily accessible from the Hopkins shuttle, UMBC Shuttle, and the Charm City Circulator. You can also reach us on the light rail, we are just three blocks east of the Cultural Center stop. For those who are driving, we are easily accessible from 83 and there is also ample street parking available on Chase, Biddle, and Charles Streets. Please call us if you need directions.

Please note that there is NO PARKING on the right-hand side of Charles Street from 4 pm to 6 pm.

We strive to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. In order to do so, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy:

• Last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the total regular service price. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy. We are an appointment-based business and we schedule especially for you. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have a couple of minutes to sit and relax in the waiting area. If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment start time, we may not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a "last-minute cancel" and will be charged accordingly.

• No minors unless accompanied by a parent. However, Brazilian services will not be performed on clients under 18 regardless of parent or guardian.

• The client receiving waxing services is the only person permitted in the treatment room. We do not allow family or friends to accompany you during the treatment. 

• If there is no availability, check back often as the system automatically updates for cancellations and reschedules.
